The work
Most tiling problems are inherited. Old beds, failed membranes, unsupported sheeting and out-of-plumb walls are all found during strip-out, and all of them have to be resolved before new work starts.
We strip back to a sound substrate, correct what is found, and leave a surface that is actually ready to be tiled.
